The principle object of this website is to encourage you to learn more spanish by demonstrating the striking similarities between English and Spanish. Yes, you CAN (and at this point in the website, DO) SPEAK SPANISH!
"Matching Words" should dissipate any remaining fears that you might have about learning Spanish. You are not expected, of course, to memorize each of these translations, but the sheer number of similar English-spanish words that are listed here further exemplifies that Spanish is not the obscure and difficult language you might have thought it to be before you read this website!
